Baggage Delivery Procedure
If you have entered our website you have likely received a call from us requesting a callback so that we can arrange delivery of your delayed baggage. That means we have your baggage at our location and it is no longer at the airline.(If you have not received a call from us you should wait to hear from us about your baggage. Feel free to acquaint yourself with the information contained on this website while you are waiting to hear from us.)
Delivery Times: To receive your items we need to hear back from you by phone. We will arrange a short time window for delivery to your residence or workplace. This will be based on your convenience. We operate from 7 am until past midnight, 7 days a week, so a convenient time can be easily worked out.
Requirements: Unless you have given the airline instructions to have us deliver your baggage without phone contact we must hear from you by phone. We will also need a signature from someone at the delivery address. If someone can't be there at time of delivery you can leave a signed note or send us an email giving us permission to leave your items. If you are at an another address and can't leave a note you can fax or email us permission to leave the items at the delivery address.
