Q. Where is my baggage now?
A. If you received a call from us we have your items in one of our trucks, at our office, or already enroute to your area. If you came to this website without first having received a call from us you will still need to hear from the airlines, or us, letting you know your baggage has arrived in San Diego and is, or soon will be, ready for delivery.

Q. Where did they find my baggage?
A. This is the most common question we hear but one we usually have no answer for. As an independent delivery company serving many airlines we only get involved after your baggage has arrived in San Diego.

Q. Can I change my delivery address from my residence to work or work to residence?
A. Yes. As long as the new address is within San Diego County. Otherwise, your airline will need to approve the change.

Q. Does someone have to be present for my baggage to be delivered?
A. No. But we do need one of the following:

1. Prior written approval, attached to the delivery order, by you and the airline.
2. After first calling to inform us, you can give us permission to leave your baggage at the delivery address through one of the following:
       a.  A signed note left on your door.
       b.  A signed fax.
       c.   An email.
Important: click appropriate link above for specific details.
3. Updated instructions from the airline, contacted by you, giving us permission to  leave your baggage without a signature.
Q. What if my baggage is damaged?
A. You will need to contact your airline to discuss such an issue.
